If you are not satisfied with any VPS plan for any reason within the first 30 days, open a support ticket requesting a refund and we will process it within 3 business days. The full amount you paid is returned to the original payment method. The guarantee applies to VPS plans only — dedicated servers and custom enterprise plans are not eligible due to hardware provisioning costs. There is no minimum usage requirement and you do not need to provide a reason.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. PayPal is available for all plans. Cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC) are accepted — contact billing for a crypto invoice. ACH bank transfer and wire transfer are available for annual plans and enterprise contracts. We do not accept prepaid cards or checks.

Yes, all plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period to ensure no service interruption. You can cancel at any time from the client portal under Services > Manage > Cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again. No partial refunds are issued for cancellations mid-cycle (except within the 30-day money-back window for VPS plans). You will receive an email reminder 7 days before each renewal.

Plan upgrades can be done instantly from the client portal — click Upgrade on your service to see available options. The cost difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Upgrades for VPS plans typically take effect within 5 minutes (includes additional RAM/CPU/storage). Plan downgrades are processed at the next renewal date. Dedicated server plan changes require a migration procedure — contact support to arrange this with zero data loss.

Monthly billing charges you each month at the standard rate. Annual billing charges 12 months upfront at a discounted rate — equivalent to saving 20% compared to monthly. For example, VPS Standard monthly is $12.99/mo ($155.88/year), while annual billing is $10.39/mo ($124.68/year total). Annual billing is non-refundable after 30 days but can be cancelled to stop future renewals. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time from the billing portal.

Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. EU customers may be charged VAT at their local rate. US customers in states where we have nexus may see applicable sales tax on invoices. Tax is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. There are no setup fees, activation fees, or bandwidth overage fees on any plan. The only additional charges are for explicitly chosen add-ons (extra IPs, cPanel licenses, etc.).

When you cancel, your service remains active until the end of the paid billing period. On the cancellation date, your server is suspended for 14 days during which you can reactivate by paying for a new billing cycle. After 14 days, the server and all data are permanently deleted. We strongly recommend taking a final backup or snapshot before cancellation. We are not responsible for data loss after the 14-day grace period has expired.
